In law, the result would be exponential growth in litigation and incomes of the lawyers as the second lawyer moves into the neighborhood. <g>

Have you seen any better looking charts anywhere?
These are #2 and #1 clinical lab operators and the consolidation trend in that sector (along with the trend you have pointed out) seems to be ensuring firm pricing and profitability.

Does it strike you as unethical in some sense for an investor to attempt to capture a share of such profits? Any weaknesses or caveats that you see for the clinical lab industry?

I have also noticed that doctors often own diagnostic facilities.
