You do not leave yourself open while foraging elsewhere..... One might hope so, The Bush administration has seemed to assume it can bluster it's way through any situation. This is leading to increasing problems. Bush is a parasite on politeness as he uses every non-hostile act as an opportunity to substitute his own aggression. He only gets the benefit of the doubt so many times before those that deal with him are thinking "payback" for the next transaction. TP
