Maybe it's not so bad. "Mr. and Ms. America" need to go out and vote the Democratic party out of Congress and allow the proper reform of tort law to take place. They don't get too excited when it's "the big corporations" and "the big insurance companies" that get robbed by the cancer of the Plaintiffs' Bar. That's because they don't realize that they are us and we are them. Perhaps now that it's reaching into their own homes, the awareness will begin to take root. I'll bet even the half-witted lefties on this thread have investments in these linoleum-lined death traps, and will wan to sell them to unwitting victims one day...
