They also passed the "Vote Reform" act. The Democrats end is for appearances only, providing for phony "provisional votes" and funding sophisticated voting machines that won't help their morons who cannot read the candidates' names. The Republican end was the beginning of true reform: Make first-time voters prove their residency.

It should be shocking that such a requirement must be made a law, but such is the damage the left has done to our election process under the smokescreens of "civil rights" and "participation". Literacy requirements, central vote counting and registration roles are in the future. We cannot allow the criminals of 2000 to seize power in some future election. And after the Gore spectacle of November, 2000, the vast majority of Americans have come to realize it...
