The QQQ's sound like fun. A good friend has been trading them since they started and I might start to play them on a short (very short!) basis for quick pops.

This market is shaping up to be a good traders market but I do agree with you on shorts. A lot of this stuff is just too low to play that game.

The companies that are making money here are beginning to look good to go long.

I'd hate to see WCOM go belly up. They are my discount long distance carrier for wireline but I guess I can revert to my cell phone that gives me free long distance to the U.S. (I wonder how long that will last!)

The big question in my mind is when will Greenspan start to raise rates? That will definitely modulate the markets!
