Dan, I didn't know that the special power connector on P4 boards was +12v. That makes sense. I just checked PC Power & Cooling and most of their supplies will supply more power at 12V than at 5V, but it's close.

Also, I notice that if you sum up the power for 3.3, 5 and 12v, it exceeds the power supply rating in almost all cases. Somehow I doubt that the PSU would survive if you tried to max-out all 3 outputs.
