You selectively picked out two places among thousands that have high NUMBERS of murders. You confuse numbers of murders with crime rates. Your logic has no value, especially when anyone in DC can drive five miles to VA or MD and get a gun and anyone in Chicago can do the same by leaving the city limits. Your argument is baseless. And you resort to name calling again when you are corrected for misrepresenting actual numbers as rates. Sorry, you cannot discuss an issue objectively or correctly use data.
