Oh sorry. Actually I think Dave got screwed over when he got his "job". They got their promotion and he unknowingly got the responsibility and costs of being a paid promoter. What with all these people on SI urging their comrades to write letters of complaint to the SEC, he better pray they don't come after him. Cos the SEC are certainly not interested in putting Merrill Lynch in the slammer but they have to be seen to be doing something so they get the little guys who inadvertantly answer "no" when they mean "yes" as they sign their brokerage agreements. Probly looking at a six figure fine and a year in the slammer. It's just not fair!

Look guys, I do not know what the legal standard is here, but I do believe Dave has been upfront about his dealings with this company. I agree with him about manipulations, but not all the ones that he sees and many that he does not. I for one do not think most stocks are manipulated down, I think wall street is in a perpetual pump and dump mode. At any rate, I doubt I would have taken shares to promote a company but since he posted that was the case, I hardly consider that pump and dump (especially since he has to hold the things for a while). Perhaps I need more facts on this "case" but it does seem to be blown out of proportion here. If I am mistaken and it does go deeper, please provide the appropriate facts for me to consider. M
