What if they do it on a LOC or a loan basis? Yes I agree that a financing at this level would be extremely dilutive but I suspect that that will not be the case.Regardless, they have reserves and wells in place and under the former leadership money always seemed to be prohibitive to the progress so I will allow current management the oppurtunity to prove themselves and will take a wait and see approach. Anything that can be done to ramp up production would be welcomed at this time as payback should be relatively quick if it were done on a loan basis or LOC. Remember also that there was mention in one release where the company was finalizing due diligence on prospective acquisition.Maybe they intend to buy production with that money and that might be a plus as well.
