On it maybe being a good buy right now my gut says wait to see what is happening with the CA and FERC situation investigating the CA energy crisis issues.

Re creative revenue - I feel this is indicative of the pressures put on management and how they would break (not bend) the rules to meet performance targets.

I'm just wrapping up an audit (statutory not gaap & 1st one I've done in 20+ yrs) and really if the auditors follow the standard guides some of these transactions would either:
1) Be discovered on the analytical tests.
2) Have to be disclosed by the client.
3) The client has to sign off that these type of transactions did not occur (the auditors do cover their butt re having the client state in writing re fraud and other accounting items)

I guess another time to buy is a selling climax @ some point.
