Just one?? :) Rambit...15 miles on a fast bike isn't much at all..(well I guess the "bike" isn't fast...) we have lots of hills around here so I get to pick up some speed on the way down...going up...by the time I reach the crest, I'm out of the saddle, standing pedaling about 5 mph...pulse over 165 bpm... lol... btw...the "chocolove" was only a 1x1 in. square...I rarely eat breakfast, just need my morning "jolt" coffee and chocolate works wonderfully... and the Gucci's.....nope...saving them fora special occasion....and besides, there's no way to click those 3 1/2 " heels on the Shimano pedals..<vbg> Are you cooking up a storm Ms. Rambi??
