Let me guess. Today is another buying opportunity for JDSU. You probably own a pile of WCOM also don't you. Go ahead and admit it. But I hope you don't mind if I stay short the S&P here for a bit and leave the buying of your POS company to you. Just think it will allow you to average down and get your cost basis under 20 if I stay out.

That way when they go bankrupt you will only have lost 20 bucks a share albeit on a far greater number of them but hey, who's keeping track.

<< You don't make much sense kid, not much sense at all. I'm not suprised!!! >>

I guess logical logic wouldn't make sense to you.

With an average cost "in the low 7's" on JDSU,
which is currently trading under 4, I wouldn't
say that you got in "near the bottom." You paid at least
100 percent more than what is likely to be the bottom.

Beyond that, while there is some merit to bottom fishing,
the key is to select the right company. Some stocks
are decimated for good reason. JDSU is likely one
of those.

I suspect that you would be lucky to break even,
and then only if you average down.

Good luck to you.
You're gonna need it.
