Immigrant bubble...

Greenspan sees no bubble in housing market By Rachel Koning
A strong housing market shouldn't be considered a bubble, Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan told a banking conference in Chicago on Friday. During a question-and-answer session, Greenspan said he views demand for homes as still strong, thanks in large part to a growing immigrant population tapping the real estate market.
