Sure, its at least obvious that enterprise purchases are increasing as are Gov. But still the stocks wait, as if for the telco's to come back. It may well be that since the institutions keep saying the turn will be in the fall, that's when it will be. Shares may have some catching up to do. I am not going to surprised by a run from 1400 to 3250 before the end of 2004. But we'll see.

"My" dow/nasdaq indicator pushing the envelope again, up to 6.2. Whatever it peaks at, I think it will fall to below 4 in the next tech cycle peak, allowing the nasdaq to be far higer than anyone is thinking about right now.

JNPR's biggest customers are Qwest and Worldcom. You figure
out how likely it is that JNPR will come out with good news
any time soon.They don't have the stabilizing factor of the enterprise business.
