Craig:
If your point is that Wall Street Research is paid to promote companies and lacks the scruples to care whether or not they are fraudulent in nature, than you have made it...and made it well. In my opinion, XYBR seems to be a company that has a unique and marketable product. What they do not seem to have is the ability to manage the company...grow the company...cost effectively manufacture or subcontract the manufacture of their product...exercise good judgement in selecting business partners or vendors. Much of this can be chalked up to naievte` of doing business on this kind of scale and not necessarily criminal intent.

I would be interested in your opinion IF you would be willing to give it with out reposting old news that I, at least have already read. I know that you have some personal reasons (probably valid from what I have seen of your posts) for disliking some of the people who have been associated with XYBR in its DISTANT past. I do not need to know your specifics on those individuals. I can believe they may well be the criminals you belive them to be. If we use that as a given can you imagine a scenario where such individuals who run this type of con would prey on newly formed companies whose pricipals have very little business experience...or who may be engineers with virtually no business experience but whom hold a valuable and exploitable patent(s). Wouldn't it seem likely that people like these con artists would be trolling for such companies.
Please reply IN YOUR OWN WORDS
Respectfully,
Merg
