"We are receiving bridge financing which permits us to pursue meaningful development of the crystal growth process through December 2002. Our current resources will allow us to conduct no more than five crystal growth trials through that date. We have been working on the growth of single crystal cadmium telluride for approximately three years. During that time, we conducted four crystal growths."

The quote from the 10k above clearly states that Galtech has financing for r and d. You appear to get hung up on the cya standard language that every company inserts in their filings to protect against forward looking statements rules. You can read into the cya stuff but the above statement is quite clear and anything that happened 6 years ago happened in 19996. It is your preroggative to claim that it is all lies but these guys are not about to lie to the sec. As far as the motor goes I know that you are itching to post your version again so go ahead. I see no need to recirulate the same data for the umpteenth time. Surely you remember my thinking on the subject from past posts. In other words Galtech owns the rights to the motor patents. The fact of the matter is that Galtech takes a % of whatever sales Magpower might have in the future. You sound very angry. I hope that you are not upset that Galtech appears to be making progress.
