So far I have avoided commenting on the central issue much. I do think that CH has harassed Poet, but I am uncertain about the exact nature and extent of this harassment. Since I lack access to the PMs that apparently have flown back and forth I think I lack the information necessary to come to an informed judgment on this matter. I can see why a to or about could be useful, but I can also see why CH would not agree to one. I myself would be reluctant to agree to one. I think the decent thing to do would be to at least not post about Poet. A permanent ban is a strong step. It may be that it is justified but I don't have enough evidence in front of me to determine that it is. If the worst that anyone has claimed about CH is true then it probably would be. Tim
