"If someone turned her in, they were only following many precedents set by Poet herself. She has always been quick to report others for alleged TOU violations..."

quick to report, quick to report, quick to report, quick to report ...

sorry for stuttering...when was it that the violation occurred?

"Whistle-blowers are among the least popular people in the world,..

No problem with whistle-blowers except when there is an uterior motive. Even then <<her violation of TOU was crystal clear>> you do the crime, do the time and be a good sport about it.

So, if the FBI comes to get you for the school boy prank you pulled when you were 10 yrs old, you should pay the penalty. The fact that one of your current business competitors, who was also a classmate in the 4th grade, turns you in does not effect the FBI obligation, or yours. However, the whistle blowing aspect in such a case carries a different measure than if the whistle had been blown when you were still kids, or before you became competitive in business.

"Her violation of TOU was crystal clear"

Petty authoritative. How do you know THAT?? I saw a post from SI Jeff, but he did not divulge any particulars of the evidence for violation. You however, have chosen to use the words "crystal clear" when lesser would have sufficed. "Crystal clear" implies a degree of certainty which the rest of us certainly do not have. I will go back and look at SI Jeff's post, as his is the only comments which may be given weight. Would you like to share why his post made her violation so crystal clear?
