I guess I hadn't thought about AG in those terms before -- obviously he still has demi-god status among folks here in the states, even after the stock market boom has went bust and is starting to take the economy with it ... But he must enjoy quite some favor abroad. I mean people must believe in him to keep pouring funds into the US when returns are starting to dwindle. US loss of confidence in the stoopit policies of the Fed is probably not nearly as crucial as foreign loss of confidence ...
