In the end development always wins. when there is that much money to be made, the developers just won't give up. This is why despite all of the community opposition to increased zoning density in our country, development is unrelenting and continuing. The project is too good economically. Whether by hook or by crook, it will be mined in our lifetime (of some of us at least). The only question is will MAN have the mine when that happens. Little joe Little joe
