There is something you and Gata should consider. At the moment, it is a waste of time for Barrick to sue you for your slanderous statements because, 1)You and all of the rest of the Gata nuts have no money to make it worth while. 2)It would probably be difficult for Barrick to prove damages at present, considering their share price appreciation. Now consider if your ploy really worked, and shareholders said that they were exiting their positions because of the relentless babble of the Gata nuts,...then Barrick could prove malicious and libelous intent and damages if their balance sheet and income statements hold up as they predict they will. Something to consider if you continue in your campaign to condemn Barrick management.
