Nope. But what's that got to do with physics? It does deal with concrete objects and forces.

Can you quantify love, mercy, courage, hope, anger, hate, joy . . . with "facts and measurements"?
No. Not now. Maybe some day. Maybe never.
If never, then they will remain outside the scope of science.

Sometimes metaphors and parallelisms are good things and illustrate philosophical concepts well. Sometimes they don't. IMO, applying Newton's Laws to philosophy, is one of those things that just doesn't work very well.
