I would like to see de-escalation over there -- but that bit of news to me -- well it's like how VIX spikes prior to a really big decline starting.

These demonstrators are coming out because they realize that a prospect for a significant widening of the conflict may be really near -- I hope not, but at some pt the US will widen things with Iraq, I suppose anyway.
