Well, I may be wrong, but I think that is quite close to what Karma has been saying. "Analogus" is a big step forward for you, I think. Analogous suggests to me that there is a strong clue that the laws of physics could apply to a much broader range of human action, a clue originating from anecdotal evidence, and that it is only our inability to quantify and measure human-related variables that prevents us from being able to test this hypothesis by experiment. Our ability in that respect may improve with time.
