No, that's not correct...as dave rose was alluding, it is not perfection that freedom provides. Hence, I trust indeed, that NOT every parent will do right. However, so long as I believe that more of the poor and/or otherwise fiscally unwilling than now, would obtain cheaper and better education(along with marked improvement among the masses), I must remain solidly for privatization.
