if merrill advised go2net to merge with infospace while they privately called infospace a piece of junk can't go2net employees somehow still bring suit against merrill?


Hadn't thought of that, but I also have little doubt that had it not happened, I'd still be working here, with my stock options intact, and those options being in a far better company that wouldn't cause the options to be underwater. Arguably a very large amount of money Merrill's actions cost me. Very easily arguable, though with GNET completely dismantled, that could be tough to prove.
