Sure -- if you want to read the 10K with cadmium colored glasses it also says lots of other things that imply real activity. Except that:

- the 10k contains many diametrcally contradictory statements; and

- this company has a history (which you acknowledge, but prefer to think belongs in the "distant" past of 1996) of statements that are completely untrue.

Once a company is a confirmed liar, I don't trust it.
