stan - yeah! It pays off doing nothing sometimes. Waiting for the opportunities also is a trading decision. LOL. Markets also do nothing, 80% of the time. Only moving 20% of the time. You have to pick the trend, or wait for the next opportunity. Geez! I am cured of being 100% invested all the time. Friends of friends need cash to buy a new home, they are selling the old one at 35% discount. My work for next week! LOL. I know, it is not pretty..... but better than money markets.
