T, I like your version of The Prudent Man Rule. It all has to do with legal crapola. If you go down and the market is up, you are de facto and de jure imprudent. If the market goes down and you go down, you are prudent. If the market goes down and your portfolio goes up, you are not prudent, but you probably won't be sued. However, you probably will be fired. No <g> on that one. It happened to one of my buddies.
