Slightly off topic, but GRMN caught my eye with their most recent earnings report. The company is based in the Kansas City area (well away from the maddening crowd), has real products, makes a nice profit and has a PE of 21. No, it's not the next CSCO or the next DELL, it's just that they have some interesting products and markets, and most of Wall Street probably has never heard of it. I have no position in the stock; like I said, I just read an article in the local paper about it a couple of weeks ago.

who has won the bulk contracts for the EDS equipment that will be installed in the airports? Are you following ETD roll out? ETD stands for Explosive Trace Detection, a smaller device where the operator must swap the suspected item or person then run a test. There will be 4,700 ETD rolled out at the 429 airports through USA where as there will be 1,100 of the EDSs. All of these roll out are supposed to be completed by Dec 31. of this year. Sounds aggressive to me.
