A recession moving to the brink of depression
Real Estate deflation is a killer.
But i say for my area the heat is on, land is red hot, and that is one reason i have to face that reality and sell my prime property now.
As i am in a "trophy land" zone,and buying from outsiders is escalating rapidly, and i realize this could go on for years, but why get greedy plus i have been advised the town will be likely tripling the land tax on my kind of land within a year:(Max
