Yes, I joined it, too, Larry. And I also joined your Hal1 and Hal2 mail lists, which are good groups. You post some very illuminating charts. And your statements on the system reveal a lot of wisdom about simplifying, using stops, not endeavoring to predict the future, etc. 'T'ain't the system for everyone, but you make a point of saying it isn't.

And it isn't all about one forum or the other. It's a wide, wide world, and every forum has something to offer.

The eSignal list is good because a lot of formulas are posted on it -- most recently, swingcharts based on Gann formulas; the TRIX indicator; Bill Williams' "Awesome Oscillator," Fractals, 3 Lines and Alligator; the Mass Index; Accumulation Index; and many others. A happenin' mail list. There's a new eSignal programmer who turns out his own stuff and indicators that people request for the new eSignal program. I've come to like the Center of Gravity indicator, described in May's TASC. The custom indicators can be used in all time frames -- daily, weekly, monthly and intraday intervals.

I don't doubt that HAL's system could be programmed into eSignal easily. Maybe you've done it already.

A friend sent this, btw:

Oh, and a happy mum's day to the mother of all bear markets.
