It must have been challenging trying to convince about something I already know. You could have done better by explaining that winter is summer and summer is winter, depending on whether you are in the northern or southern hemisphere. Your argument did not fall on deaf ears, it fell on ears on either side of a thinking conservative brain. In the communist world, the same brain would have been called liberal.
