Senetek PLC Director Georgiev Resigns From Board WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Senetek PLC Director Steven Georgiev resigned from the company's board last week, an 8K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday said. The filing didn't provide a reason for the resignation and said the biopharmaceutical company doesn't plan to replace Georgiev immediately. Senetek, of London , is a research and development company that focuses on treatments for male sexual dysfunction and skin conditions.
