My approach to libertarianism in the 21st century recognizes that, in this country at least, we have to start from where we are. I don't expect a revolution to wipe all levels of government out. Therefore, if the party and program are to have any impact on society, they have to do so from the recognition that what we have is where we start.

I don't believe there is any way to get society to eliminate public education tomorrow, or even next week. Gradualism is the key, IMO. We have to promote ideas that seem achievable to the voters. Otherwise, it's nice talk, but that's all it is.
