Looking at the Nasdaq downchannel, you can see it's dropping about 30-points a week.

That could get us to around 1460-70 around the Memorial Day week. If we drop below that level, we could expect a sharp drop to test 1387. If that support holds, but we get a P&S, we could get the next drop down pretty quickly to resolve the bottom.
