1 Baht per minute I think you mean? Sounds like what I paid in Bangkok. $A3 per hour - the going rate in Sydney - is USD1.64 an hour - so Thailand and Australia have the same price. Kinko or whatever in the US charge USD12 per hour for computer use including internet access. Youth hostel in Manhattan charged about the same. Internet cafe in Santa Cruz was more like USD6 I think. In Jerusalem I think it is about 20 Sheqel per hour which is like USD4-5 but I can't quite remember (used my brother's computer last time I was there). At Frankfurt rail station I think it is about 4 Euro an hour. But my fingers were rather cold dealing with the metal keyboard!
