I appreciate the post. And this was precisely my point, and it's a simple one you wouldn't think was as difficult to grasp as it has been for CH and, I think but am not sure, JCD:

. Moreover, I'd go further and say there is no way that, if the suspension resulted from an "informant's" tip, that Jeff could say with complete certainty that CH was not involved....

I also think it's no biggie in any event, since Poet did violate the TOU then, and acknowledges it, except that if it were true and provable that CH gave the tip to whoever the "informant" was, it might be a relevant item in the presentation of a legal case regarding harassment.

Again: I don't know who did it, directly or indirectly.
