Don't think these StockPatrol guys can read a filing too well. Authorized is only 25 million. They are looking at the wrong year.

Filings show 15,129,423 o/s as at Dec 31/01, add in the 4,720,000 from the Feb S-8 and my calculator says o/s is 19,849,423.

I also called the Texas Office at Mono-Tech.Was told a person would call me back>LOL no has called yet and tomorrow that will be 1 week!So I would expect No call will be forth coming anytime soon!

Peter at BHUS has said news last Mon or Tues then told others its this week now>Still we see nothing and maybe there is nothing Period!WTFK
