Hi JP, You make some good points. The weakness in the $ recently may have something to do with many of the multinationals seeing increased favor. Sure hasn't helped GE however.

I think it's too soon to declare an end to the $ bull market. Looking in a monthly context, there are still at least 2 uptrends that are in place, and the recent correction is merely a little squiggle in a much larger trend. futures.tradingcharts.com

The strength in gold may be forewarning of a change in trend- but I need to be shown a bit more evidence before I bite on it. <g>

Have you noticed that large caps have been outpacing small ones the last week or two? Looks to be the case today again..
