Bathrooms should be tiled, not wallpapered IMO. Use the certificates for toilet paper.

Westpacific, if you expect wallpaper to be going cheap in a couple of months then are you assuming real estate will fall within that timeframe. I would say real estate (residential) will be peaking around the end of the year. It is the last to go in a recession and many still think we are having a recovery.
