I didn't say the Israelis had nothing to do with it -- what we know for sure is that they allowed the Phalangists into the camps. We don't know that they foresaw a massacre, nor did they commit one. Hungry lions are animals, who are not responsible for their own actions. The Phalangists were human beings, who were responsible for their own actions. They weren't even under direct Israeli command.

Much of the discussion of the Mideast makes Israelis responsible for their actions and everybody else's as well, while Arabs responsible for nothing.
