ULTIMA ENERGY TRUST ANNOUNCES INCREASED DISTRIBUTION FOR MAY 2002
Ultima Energy Trust has set its May distribution, payable June 17, 2002, at eight cents per unit to unitholders of record on May 31, 2002.
The distribution has been increased from the prior month due to strong commodity prices and the success of the first-quarter development program at the Westerose light oil property and production optimization work at Glenevis.
The current cash-on-cash yield of the May distribution on an annualized basis is now approximately 18 per cent at the prior day's closing unit price of $5.30 per unit.
