This is an interesting but really tupid point of view? How would you have had them decide the controversy Chrissy poo? Pistols at 50 paces? The fact is that under our Constitution the USSC accepts and decides these kinds of issues and then we as citizens have to live with it whether we like it or not. You can work to change the system or the laws which led to the decision. But, this is the way disputes are decided in this country and have been for over 200 years. So shut your stupid yap. You're sounding like a bigger moron than usual today.....
