Don't know where you got this idea over the past week. I think maybe it may have been an observation that money may be rotating back to tech from small caps for a greater percentage bounce. RUT will continue to be a winner, imho.

And I believe you are dead on the bulls eye buying low float stocks with high short interest in fields where they have a great competitive edge or story.
