three consecutive up days the days before earnings means be careful to me <g>

Most of those who bought the past 3 days will most likely not be holding through earnings...keep a trailing stop on it!

Maybe check with Jerry, see if he is holding his through the report...

CHKR, dow jones excerpt:

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc. (CHKR ) said Monday there was no company news responsible for its stock trading lower.

"The fundamentals of the company haven't changed," a spokeswoman told Dow Jones Newswires.

She noted that shares of the fast-food chain operator are thinly traded, so a repositioning by a large stakeholder could significantly move the stock.

Checkers shares recently traded at $10.40, down 99 cents, or 8.7%, on volume of more than 169,300 shares. Average trading volume is 97,747 shares..
