It is not obvious. Intel's quarterly financial reports are unaudited and Ernst & Young did not write Intel's Q1 10-Q.

Oh Please..... Give Me A Break..... You can't POSSIBLY be that dense. Your contention that intel would be stupid enough to lie to the SEC on their 10Q is absurd. In the current accounting environment....., with Government watching everything, to contend that Intel, a Fortune 500 Company, would lie...... to the SEC, on a STUPID 10Q statement, is a position that frankly, I don't see how anyone with any common sense can continue to hold.
