Apparently some Tbreds are being shipped to notebook makers (volume remains unknown), the .13u Tbreds are MIA for reasons other than transition to UMC.

Products are late all the time. How real the trouble they get into as a consequence depends on competitive landscape. When Palomino started it's delay, AMD was still selling the highest performing CPUs, and it took Intel some 6 months to take advantage of the delays. It is worse now, since at the time Tbred started to be late (late Q1), Intel was already re-taking the performance crown.
