Those numbers of shares don't look huge to me, but perhaps I'm missing something. I thought that Tom still owned at least 10% of the company (my recollection was that he owned over 60% when they went public, but maybe I'm remembering an earlier document that showed that ownership).

Insider sales are actually fairly low for this company, IMO.

That said, these sales aren't a reflection on the company, but more likely show a loss of confidence in the market itself. In bear markets the stock of good companies goes down as well as bad companies. Selling because they are afraid their company's stock price will fall does not mean they are bearish on SEBL itself.
