MK, factors that increase eps, like good will accounting changes, have to be counted. Factors that decrease eps are one time changes and should be ignored. <g>

martin, the coverage depends on its impact on the market. if it will fuel rampant speculation it is given a great deal of coverage but if the news serves to dampen speculation they ignore it and hope it will go away. mike
